responsibilities:

Set up, program, modify, and operate CMM equipment (e.g., Calypso) to execute first-article, in-process, and final dimensional inspections.
Interpret complex engineering blueprints, models, and GD&T specifications while using micrometers, calipers, height gages, and optical comparators.
Generate detailed inspection reports, complete FAIRs, and document quality records following Our Client's quality standards.
Identify nonconformances, collaborate with engineering and production teams, and drive root-cause investigations and continuous improvement.
Maintain tool calibration, follow strict safety procedures, and assist with training operators on print reading and measurement techniques.
