Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Current Washington State SLP license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Background working in K-12 schools is preferred
• Passion for in-person service; teletherapy/remote services will not be considered
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Collaborates effectively with educators, families, and other service providers
• Flexibility to support a range of ages and student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to students in grades K-12
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide comprehensive assessments, documentation, and data-driven progress reports
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to support educational goals
• Consult with teachers and parents to maximize student success
• Stay current with best practices and continuing education
