Expected pay for this position is $33.85 - $44.30/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is an hourly position.

Position Summary

Assists physicians with performance of invasive cardiac procedures, serving as a radiologic technologist and/or scrub assistant, performing hemodynamic monitoring and procedural charting. Assists in the care, transportation and preparation of patients.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Education: High School diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Licensure/ Certification: Licensed in Radiology by the State of Illinois Division of Nuclear Safety (IEMA) Requires Registry from ARRT CPR certification required.
• Other Skills/ Knowledge: Knowledge of diagnostic radiology principles and procedures as acquired through completion of 2 years training in an approved school of radiologic technology required. General computer knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education: Successful completion of EKG arrhythmia course preferred.
• Licensure/ Certification: Successful completion of ACLS preferred.
