CAREGIVER - ( HOUSTON)

URGENTLY HIRING CAREGIVER FOR HOUSTON LOCATION - that will provide the following services to a client:


CLIENT NEEDS:

URGENTLY HIRING CAREGIVERS- that will provide the following services to a client: assistance with laundry, cooking, feeding, dressing, bathing, personal hygiene, grooming and occasional errands , Bilingual perferred

SCHEULED HOURS:


MONDAY THROUGH SUNDAY 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM

***22.45 HOURS PER WEEK***

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Home management and care planning
• Medical advocacy
• Prescription medical management
• Help with personal hygiene and care
• Assisting with meals and nutrition
• Help with mobility
• Home maintenance and basic house keeping
• Errands
• Keeping them company
• Reporting and monitoring the patients' health changes

Other Responsibilties may include:

• Communication: Maintaining clear communication with the individual, their family and other health care professionals.
• Documentation: Keeping accuarte records of care provided and any changes in the individuals condition.
• Safety: Ensuring a safe and comfortable living enviroment
