Job Description:

• Responsible for performing manual and machine supported tasks to fill, cap, freeze, label, and package company products.
• Manually fills or operates filling equipment for type of product and sizes of containers specified.
• Labels tubes, or containers, apply labels to boxes, cans, pails, etc.
• Operates label application equipment.
• Puts packaged product into boxes, seals boxes by manually applying tape or operating a taping machine.
• Accurately calculates number of tubes required for each order and performs basic calculation to ensure appropriate ratio of material available or required to complete orders per instruction.
• Perform 100% quality check on each tube filled during the process.
• Participates in 5S activities.
• Complies with Health, Safety and Environmental requirements and procedures at all times.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must be able to effectively read, write, and communicate in English.
• Must be able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Must be able to effectively manipulate multiple hand tasks simultaneously with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to use and wear the appropriate PPE equipment with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities:

• Fills, caps, freezes, and assembles products 70%
• Labels and packages products 20%
• Other tasks as assigned 10%
