Sterilization/PAO

BD seeks a Sterilization/PAO operator for its Broken Bow facility to manage product loading, unloading, and sterilization processes. The role involves equipment operation, quality verification, inventory tracking, and maintenance support for medical device sterilization operations.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload product batches into sterilization carriers and gravity racks
• Verify catalog numbers, lot numbers, quantities, and pallet tracers against Run Sheets
• Operate and monitor sterilization equipment, conveyors, palletizers, metal detectors, and labelers
• Troubleshoot sterilizer and conveyor malfunctions; perform preventative maintenance
• Load trailers, inspect them, maintain processing records, and train new sterilization personnel

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Licensed forklift operator with warehouse equipment experience
• Ability to read, write, and understand English fluently
• Plant Good Manufacturing Practices orientation
• Accurate counting and attention to detail
• Proficiency operating sterilization and palletizing equipment safely
