Job Overview We're partnering with a client to find a talented Technical Producer to support their Enterprise IT team. This temporary role is a hybrid position based in Los Angeles, CA, offering an opportunity to develop foundational IT and service management knowledge while contributing to project coordination and delivery support. Responsibilities Maintain current visibility of assigned work by updating sprint and backlog tracking in Jira. Support small‑scale projects, sprint tasks, and emergent delivery efforts, typically lasting 1 to 5 days. Clarify task details, surface blockers, and ensure next steps are understood by the team. Collaborate with delivery leads, managers, and technical teams to keep priorities clear and reduce ambiguity. Track risks, elevate issues, and support routine delivery rituals to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications Over 1 year of experience in project coordination, operations, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience. Proven ability to organize multiple tasks and maintain reliable work tracking. Familiarity with workflow tools such as Jira or ServiceNow preferred. Basic interest in technical systems, infrastructure, or enterprise tools with a willingness to learn. Strong written and verbal communication skills to keep teammates informed and raise issues early.
