Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure that patients receive high-quality care. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in medical technology, anatomy, and physiology to provide the best possible care. Utilize medical documentation and record-keeping skills to accurately document patient information and medical procedures. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions. Educate patients and their families on medical procedures, treatments, and self-care techniques. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and healthcare services. Skills Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology. Current licensure as a registered nurse (RN) or nurse practitioner (NP). Experience in patient care and medical documentation. Proficiency in maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and patients. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
