Senior Technical Program Manager, Google Play

Manage a portfolio of program and project roadmaps to drive business priorities, strategic outcomes, and on-time, cost-effective delivery.Develop strategy and define ambiguous programs or processes that address significant challenges, measuring success by direct business impact.Lead engagement with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts across multiple verticals to identify dependencies and assess the impact of new programs, including regulatory, privacy, and compliance initiatives.Represent product and engineering teams in cross-functional forums to uncover critical dependencies and drive alignment on shared Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across partner organizations to ensure seamless collaboration.Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in program management.8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.Preferred qualifications:Experience developing and managing tools, policies, procedures, and processes for establishing regulatory programs, with AI.A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all.
