Seeking Implementation Specialist (IS) candidates with relevant Energy, Resources, And Industrials Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Energy, Resources, And Industrials Sector Clients such as DOE/NASA. This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Position and ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

Job Overview

Provide services and support as a Project Facilitation (PF) Services (Implementation Specialist (IS)) in the Energy, Resources, And Industrials Industry Sector focusing on Management And Operations Solutions for clients such as U.S. Department of Energy's (DOE) Federal Energy Management Program (FEMP) (DOE | FEMP) | National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) Generally Located In Pasadena, California and across the West-Coast Region.

Responsibilities and Duties - Implementation Specialist (IS)

An individual or contractor responsible for coordinating and managing the implementation of energy projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. Provides on-site supervision and technical support during the installation phase.

• Coordinate and manage the implementation of energy projects.
• Provide on-site supervision and technical support during installation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of project implementation experience.
• Recommended: 7 years of relevant experience.

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

• Minimum Required: Technical degree or certification in project management, engineering, or related field.
• Recommended (Not Required, but may receive higher scoring): PMP or similar project management certification.

Skills Required

• Expertise in construction management and quality control.
• Ability to coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.

Competencies Required

• Knowledge of ESPC project requirements and processes.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills (This employer participates in the e-Verify program)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, & Adobe)
