Assistant Project Manager | Hyperscale Data Centers | near Ann Arbor, Michigan

Join a team delivering large-scale hyperscale data center projects in Saline, Michigan. Were looking for an APM who can support project execution from construction through commissioning and turnover.

Responsibilities

• Manage schedules, documentation, and project deliverables
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
• Track costs, change orders, procurement, and project risks
• Support commissioning and final turnover
• Help drive construction milestones and keep projects on schedule

Ideal Background

• Construction/project management experience
• Hyperscale Data Center Construction
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Experience with construction management software
• Data center or mission-critical experience is a plus
• Experience with design coordination and change orders

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Ann Arbor, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $100.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
