Job Description

Job Title: Assembler I

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable Assembler I to assemble quality plumbing products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for candidates with assembly experience or those looking to start a career in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Assemble products using hand and power tools
Inspect components for quality before and during assembly
Follow work instructions and production schedules
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Work with the team to meet production goals
Suggest process improvements when appropriate

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, but not required
Basic mechanical aptitude
Strong attention to detail and teamwork
Ability to follow written instructions

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods
Lift up to 35 lbs
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
