Construction Senior Project ManagerThe Construction Senior Project Manager is responsible for all preconstruction and construction related aspects of construction projects, including the day-to-day activities and responsibilities involved during the various phases of planning, site preparation, design, construction, and transition in and out of the space. Drives decisions related to design, constructability, budget, schedule, and other project related matters. Effectively establishes priorities for the completion of projects on time, within budget, and schedules all resources needed accordingly.Qualifications:8 years of construction or project management related experience with progressive responsibilities managing a project budget greater than $10 million.2 years project management experience in a healthcare setting.Education:High school diploma or equivalentLicensure, Registration, and/or Certification:Valid driver's license in the State of TexasAbout Us:Cook Children's is an equal opportunity employer.
