Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous custodial, janitorial, housekeeping, or facilities maintenance experience is beneficial. Experience Requirements Previous janitorial, housekeeping, cleaning, or manufacturing support experience preferred but not required. Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace cleanliness and safety. Job Duties Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas. Empty trash and recycling containers throughout the facility and outdoor areas. Restock paper products, soap, and other restroom and breakroom supplies. Sweep, mop, dust, and wipe down assigned work areas. Maintain entrances, sidewalks, parking lots, and other outdoor spaces. Assist with meeting and event room setups, including moving tables and chairs. Support special cleaning and housekeeping projects as assigned. Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or property damage to leadership. Receive, organize, and store cleaning supplies. Maintain clean and organized janitorial closets and storage areas. Follow all safety procedures and properly use required PPE. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift cleaning supplies, equipment, and materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely push, pull, and maneuver cleaning carts and equipment. Ability to work in a variety of indoor environments while following established safety procedures.
