Transportation Coordinator At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Transportation Coordinator to work with a leading company in the footwear and apparel industry in Mooresville. We are looking for a detail-driven professional to support operations by planning efficient routes, coordinating daily transportation activities, and ensuring the timely movement of freight. Shift Patterns Mon - Fri 8am to 5pm Pay Rates 22.00 USD hourly Essential Requirements Manage logistics administration for road transport and shipping. Maintain accurate files and records without discrepancies. Prepare information for required shipping schedules. Resolve complaints and eliminate delays by working with supervisors. Communicate effectively with internal and external parties to execute orders. Skills Ability to take responsibility and ownership of work. Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work with little supervision. Strong attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus. Role Tasks Coordinate daily transportation activities to ensure smooth freight movement. Plan and optimize shipping routes for maximum efficiency. Examine documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy. Collaborate with shipping personnel to assess progress and improve operational efficiency. Perform administrative duties related to logistics and supply chain operations.
