This role offers the flexibility of remote work within the parameters of our outpatient facility. Emphasizing work-life balance, you will be expected to manage your schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for ample personal time while fulfilling professional commitments.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mood disorder symptoms, including frequency, severity, and impact on their daily lives.

• Collaborate with clients to create tailored treatment plans that reflect their individual goals and therapeutic needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address mood-related issues.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, fostering understanding of treatment options, therapeutic strategies, and self-management techniques.

• Monitor client progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans based on evolving needs and feedback.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care for each client.
