Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and [Second Language], possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for helping others. ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Assist customers with inquiries, policy information, and claims processing.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery.
Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Support the team with administrative tasks as needed.
RequirementsQualifications:
Fluency in English and [Second Language] (both written and spoken) is required.
Previous customer service experience is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
