RTO: Up to 7 days auto approved (no holidays); must work 2 of 3 major holidays; no RTO during first week; all RTO must be pre-approved; cannot request additional RTO after signing 9. Returning Staff: Former Novant/New Hanover employees must wait 12 months before applying; disclosure required with hospital name/dates employed at submission; facility approval needed 10.
