Front Desk Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the front office. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced dental environment.

Job Description Greet and welcome patients in a warm and professional manner.
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
Check patients in and out and update patient information as needed.
Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits.
Collect co-pays, outstanding balances, and process payments.
Present treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements when applicable.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow.
Send appointment reminders and follow up on missed appointments.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
Assist with administrative and office support duties as assigned.
full-time $20 - $25 per hour

Tuesday – 9am-5pm (Closed 1pm-2pm)

Friday – Closed
Saturday & Sunday – Closed
- Experienced Dental Receptionist / Admin (1+ years)
With minimum experience required.
