If you're bilingual (English/Spanish), organized, and passionate about people, this is your chance to make a big impact in a fast-moving company that values autonomy, hustle, and a tight-knit team culture.Job SummaryWe are seeking an organized and proactive Recruiter to oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for cleaning staff and support roles across multiple states. This role involves sourcing candidates, phone screening applicants, conducting interviews, and partnering closely with leadership to ensure we attract and retain top talent. You'll need to juggle multiple open roles across multiple states in a high-turnover industry, and maintain strong communication with candidates and new hires.What You'll Be DoingSource candidates via job boards, employee referrals, and local outreach.Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interviews with supervisors.Manage multiple open positions simultaneously—primarily cleaning roles.Schedule and support new hire onboarding.Maintain recruitment records and applicant tracking via digital tools (ATS, spreadsheets, etc.).Support HR/admin processes when recruiting slows (documentation, compliance, audits, etc.).What You Bring to the TableMust-Haves:1+ year of experience in recruiting or human resources.Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal).Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills.Tech-savvy—comfortable using online tools to post jobs, track applicants, and schedule interviews.Self-starter who takes initiative and stays organized under pressure.Nice-to-Haves:Familiarity with the cleaning/janitorial or facilities industry.Knowledge of ATS (we use Paycor Recruiting).Experience working in high-turnover environments or hourly workforce recruiting.Why Join RamClean?We're not just another cleaning company — and this isn't just another recruiting job.
