Team Lead & Trainer, Call Center Operations
Support Services Group
Support Services Group is seeking a Team Lead / Trainer to serve as a subject matter expert on call center processes and policies. You will support inbound and escalated calls and oversee behavior of Customer Service Professionals on the floor. This TL/Trainer split role emphasizes coaching, process improvement, and ensuring QA standards and customer satisfaction are met across multiple brands. #J-18808-Ljbffr Support Services Group
