Senior Staff Accountant

The Senior Staff Accountant is responsible for supporting the organization’s accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely completion of month-end and year-end close activities. This position plays a key role in general ledger management, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger entries, journal entries, and supporting documentation.
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and general ledger account reconciliations.
- Support compliance with company policies, GAAP, and applicable accounting requirements.
- Support external and internal audit requests.
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and accounting principles.
- Experience with month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- 4–5 years of progressive accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- NetSuite experience preferred
