About the Role Our client is looking for a seasoned and operational leader to serve as a Tour Operations Manager for their expanding travel business in East London . This role is responsible for the seamless planning, execution, and delivery of high-quality tour experiences. You will manage a team of tour guides and operational staff, oversee logistics, ensure safety standards, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners. This is a critical role for someone passionate about travel and dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences for customers. Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of daily tour operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to schedules. Manage, train, and motivate a team of tour guides and operational support staff. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, transport providers, and accommodation partners. Ensure the highest standards of customer service, safety, and Quality across all tours. Manage operational budgets, optimize resource allocation, and implement cost-control measures. Requirements Proven experience in tour operations management or a similar role in the travel and tourism industry. Strong understanding of logistics, itinerary planning, and risk management in tour operations. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure. Knowledge of the East London region and its tourism attractions is a plus.
