What this job involves:As a Senior Project Manager at JLL, you will hold a critical position within our Regional Project Team and will be directly responsible for leading and delivering challenging projects for a financial services client while utilizing your expertise and skills to oversee projects and ensure the successful delivery of Corporate Interior projects ranging in size from $1M to $100M+. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in project management will be instrumental in driving project success while managing and overseeing all aspects of projects, including strategy, programming, design, schedule, entitlements, bidding, procurement, permitting, execution and close out. This role involves acting as the primary contact with the client throughout the duration of the project from programming through construction close out while collaborating with various stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables, ensuring they are aligned with clients' goals and expectations.What your day-to-day will look like:Manage and oversee all aspects of projects, including strategy, programming, design, schedule, entitlements, bidding, procurement, permitting, execution and close outDevelop high level estimates and schedules as part of the overall strategy and business casePrepare project updates, identifying and communicating risks early, while providing solutions to meet client driven schedule and budgetCollaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standardsAct as the primary contact with the client throughout the duration of the project from programming through construction close outDevelop Master Project schedules and manage project performance against schedules, scheduled milestones and critical path items on multiple projectsDevelop detailed project budget based on historical and market data and clearly defined set of budget assumptionsGuide the client and team through the design implementation process including conceptual, schematic, design development, construction documentation and signoffFacilitate initiation of all critical project meetings and coordination exercises with internal staff, key stakeholders and external usersPrepare RFPs needed for design and contractor services as well as manage the overall vendor selection processRead construction plans efficiently, finding potential areas of concern or hidden costs prior to GC contract executionRequired Qualifications:7-15 years of experience in project management, preferably in Corporate InteriorsExperience in managing multiple diverse types of Corporate Interiors projects, varying from $5M to $50M+ in sizeAbility to manage 8-12 projects at a timeFirm knowledge of construction, architecture, or commercial real estate industryProven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completionStrong leadership and communication skills, with ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teamsExcellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong critical thinking skills and ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environmentAbility to manage and follow through on complex procedural requirements with experience working within formalized systems and methodical approach to workExcellent verbal and written communications skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office ProductsPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a related field: Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, etc.Experience in managing complex high end / high touch Corporate Interior projectsExperience with Corporate Interior projects ranging in size from $1M to $100M+Understanding of strategy, programming, design, entitlements, bidding, procurement, and permitting processesExperience with due diligence efforts and coordination on behalf of internal team, project partners, clients and/or end usersKnowledge of project management strategies and methodologies development and implementationExperience leveraging innovative ways of working to enhance efficiency and productivityUnderstanding of client procedural requirements and protocols adherenceExperience with vendor selection process management and RFP preparationLocation:Onsite 5 days a weekThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
