Registered Nurses (Springfield / Branson / Southwest Missouri)

Job Description REGISTERED NURSES Full-Time / Part-Time / PRN *sign-on bonus may be available for some programs. We are hiring RN's across Southwest Missouri (Springfield, Branson, and the surrounding communities) supporting programs such as: Psychiatry, Community Support, Substance Use Recovery, Crisis Services, Residential Services ...and more (subject to availability). As an RN you will provide compassionate and skilled care to individuals receiving psychiatric, substance abuse, crisis, and residential services. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to ensure that each individual receives personalized attention and support. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physicians' orders. Monitor vital signs, medical histories, and other relevant health data. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records. Educate clients and their families about various medical conditions, treatments, and self‑care strategies. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate holistic care. Promote a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge. Requirements Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Missouri. Prefer one year of experience in a healthcare setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to providing exceptional care. Locations Springfield, MO; Branson, MO; surrounding communities in Southwest Missouri (specific location subject to availability).
