Responsible for meat operation including but not limited to preparing, storing, cutting, cleaning, and serving meat.
Essential functions include monitoring food distribution, cleaning and sterilizing dishes and equipment, maintaining coolers and cases, observing shift hours, providing customer service, controlling shrink, recording hours worked, monitoring food preparation and serving, assisting in bookkeeping, maintaining inventory, ensuring proper temperature and safety procedures, and cleaning the meat department.
Position qualifications include accountability, adaptability, autonomy, communication, creativity, customer orientation, detail orientation, energy, enthusiasm, friendliness, motivation, organization, patience, presentation skills, reliability, self-motivation, time management, and working under pressure.
Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
Experience: No prior experience necessary
Physical demands include lifting, standing, walking, sitting, handling, reaching, pushing, and pulling with varying weights and frequencies.
