We're united by a purpose to care!We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Housekeeping Aide to join our team and help provide high-quality nutritional care to our residents.Position Overview: Housekeeping AideUnder the direction of the Director of Housekeeping, the Housekeeping Aide is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing rooms and furnishings in assigned work areas, according to established policies and procedures, and to maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the facility.General Responsibilities:Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas according to established daily, weekly, and monthly schedulesClean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, common areas, and furnishings using approved cleaning products and equipmentDust, damp wipe, wash, sanitize, and polish fixtures, furniture, and surfaces including beds, bed rails, nightstands, tables, chairs, light fixtures, shelves, windowsills, and over-door facingsMaintain a high standard of cleanliness and infection prevention throughout the facilityProperly handle cleaning supplies and equipment while following safety and sanitation guidelinesRespond promptly and courteously to resident and staff needs related to housekeeping servicesQualifications:Housekeeping experience preferredMust be able to speak, read, write, and understand EnglishMust demonstrate patience, compassion, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude toward the elderly and disabledMust be capable of performing the essential job functions and physical requirements of the positionBenefits and Perks:Affordable Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance (for full-time employees).Paid Time Off (PTO) and Paid Holidays401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with Company MatchOngoing training and professional development opportunities.Supportive work environment with a focus on teamwork and resident care.Employee wellness programs and recognition initiatives.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
