Pharmacy Manager

As a Pharmacy Manager at Walmart, you will lead daily pharmacy operations within our Healthcare & Medical Services department, ensuring safe, accurate, and timely dispensing of medications. You will oversee clinical services, counsel patients on prescriptions and wellness, and uphold all state and federal regulations. Partnering with store leadership, you will manage inventory, optimize workflow, and maintain a clean, efficient pharmacy environment. You will hire, train, and coach pharmacy associates, fostering a culture of integrity, exceptional customer service, and continuous improvement to support community health.
