Product Development Engineer IReports To: Project Development ManagerLocated In: Tulsa, OKCooperates With: Project Engineering, Project Management, Field Service, & OperationsBrief Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Development Engineer to join our cross-functional team. Our products include fully integrated mechanical, electrical, and chemical systems which reduce harmful emissions from stationary pollution sources. This role supports the planning and execution necessary to develop and validate new products for this market space.What You'll Do:Design prototypes, develop test plans, and validate new product offeringsAssist with bench tests, field trials, product launches, and new product support activitiesCreate flowcharts, diagrams, test reports, service bulletins, and other documentation as needed to support development, training, and troubleshooting effortsCreate and maintain models and drawings of complex parts and assembliesData analysis and synthesis of emissions control test resultsWhat Qualifies You:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology1-5 years of experience in a technical engineering roleExperience writing technical documentation and presentationsSelf-motivated, organized, and detail-orientedStrong desire to learn, explore, solve problems, and troubleshootStrong computer skills and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)Able to travel < 25%What Sets You Apart:(Beneficial Knowledge or Experience)3D modeling and 2D drawings (SolidWorks preferred)Project management, product management, or program managementSheet metal fabrication procedures such as cutting, forming, or weldingReciprocating internal combustion engine design, operation, or applicationSystems engineering, automation, mechatronics, or process controlsLadder Logic, Function Block, Structured Text, Python, MatLab, or LabView programmingEmission control technologies design, operation, or applicationChemistry or chemical process design, operation, or applicationWhat's In It for You:Competitive Salary5% 401K Match$350 Annual Wellness Credit15 Days Annual PTO5 Days Annual Sick LeaveEqual Opportunity: MIRATECH is an equal opportunity employer and supports a diverse and inclusive workforce.
