Sales Counselor

Job Overview Estimated first-year earnings range: $55,000 - $75,000. Uncapped commission and earnings. Training pay of $18.00 per hour for six weeks. This role sells pre‑need and at‑need funeral services, inventory, cemetery services, property, and merchandise. Responsibilities Assist families with funeral selections and attend services. Generate leads through walk‑ins, inbound calls, and proactive lead generation and prospecting. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; some additional education in Business, Marketing, and/or Sales preferred. Prefer one year of sales experience. Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle; mileage reimbursement provided. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Outlook) required. Experience working in a CRM preferred. Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information. Available to work some holidays, evenings, and weekends as needed.
