Your Day-to-Day In this sales-focused position, you’ll be responsible for: Developing new business opportunities through outbound calls, prospecting, referrals, and consistent lead follow-up Connecting with potential customers to learn about their needs, answer questions, and recommend appropriate insurance coverage Presenting quotes and closing sales by clearly communicating product benefits and addressing customer concerns Selling and cross-selling Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial Insurance products, as appropriately licensed Maintaining an active sales pipeline by following up with prospective customers, open quotes, and previous leads Building lasting customer relationships through proactive communication and personalized service Meeting individual sales and production goals while contributing to the agency’s overall success Using CRM systems to organize customer information, document interactions, and track sales opportunities Participating in ongoing training to strengthen your product knowledge, sales strategies, and industry expertise What You Bring to the Team We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, communicates confidently, and understands that success in sales requires consistency and follow-through. Ideal candidates will have: At least 1 year of experience in sales, insurance, or a customer-facing position , with demonstrated success achieving measurable goals Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities Confidence making outbound calls, approaching prospective customers, and asking for the sale The ability to overcome objections and maintain motivation in a goal-oriented environment A willingness to learn, accept feedback, and continuously improve Excellent organization, time management, and follow-up skills The ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives An active Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance license, preferred, or willingness to obtain required licensing Bilingual communication skills are a plus What You Can Expect We believe that dedication, strong performance, and a willingness to grow should create opportunities for professional and financial success.
