Property Maintenance Lead - Make-Ready & Safety
Greystar
Greystar is seeking a maintenance professional to supervise and perform routine upkeep across our community. You will diagnose issues, repair defects, and ensure all areas meet Greystar standards for cleanliness, safety, and function. You will handle make-ready tasks for vacant units, manage vendor scheduling, maintain tools and inventory, and help develop budgets for repairs and capital projects.
