We’re hiring experienced, energetic soccer coaches to lead youth players in skill-based training sessions that are developmental, engaging, and fun.
Whether you're a former player, educator, or simply someone who loves working with kids, this is your chance to make an impact.

What You’ll Do

• Lead focused, engaging, skill-based training sessions for kids ages 4–15
• Teach technical and decision-making soccer skills, confidence, teamwork, and love for the game
• Work with players grouped by ability level
• Support or lead small-sided games (3v3, 5v5, etc.)
• Create a positive, encouraging environment for all players
• Follow our training curriculum and coaching standards
• Communicate and collaborate with other coaches
• Attend sessions, games, and occasional events

What We’re Looking For

• Enjoy working with kids and being a positive role model
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible
• Good communication skills and energy
• Soccer knowledge or playing experience (any level)
• Willingness to learn and improve as a coach

Bonus Points (Not Required)

• CPR / First Aid certification
• Experience working with kids
• Second language fluency
