Product Quality ManagerAn established, high-performing manufacturing organization is seeking a Product Quality Manager to lead product quality initiatives, strengthen quality systems, and ensure products consistently meet customer and operational expectations.This highly collaborative position works across Operations, Technical Services, R&D, Sales, and Customer Support. The ideal candidate combines manufacturing knowledge, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate customer requirements into practical improvements on the production floor.Key ResponsibilitiesLead initiatives focused on product quality, consistency, performance, and customer satisfactionPartner with operations and technical teams to identify quality concerns and implement sustainable improvementsDevelop reports, systems, and performance measures that provide visibility into quality trendsManage customer quality concerns, claims, corrective actions, and related documentationSupport product development, trials, and continuous improvement effortsBuild strong working relationships with internal teams, customers, and external technical partnersProvide quality-related guidance and training to manufacturing personnelSupport ISO, food safety, and other applicable compliance programsHelp ensure a strong connection between customer expectations and manufacturing performanceQualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Business, or a related field preferredEquivalent experience in manufacturing, product quality, or quality systems may be consideredFive or more years of relevant experience in quality assurance, quality systems, technical manufacturing, or a related areaExperience in paper, packaging, converting, or another process manufacturing environment is highly desirableStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skillsAbility to work effectively with production teams, technical professionals, commercial partners, and customersFamiliarity with quality management systems, claims management, ERP platforms, or compliance programsLean Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, or ISO systems experience is a plusThis is an excellent opportunity for a quality professional who enjoys working closely with manufacturing operations, solving complex product challenges, and making a measurable impact on both customer satisfaction and business performance.
