They're stripped of nutrients and packed with ultra-processed ingredients. For thousands of years, bread was stone milled - rich in flavor, full of nutrients. One Mighty Mill proudly stone mills the old way. It's the hard way, but it's the right way. Stone milled means crushing whole grains to keep in nutrition and flavor. Then, we bake with clean, organic ingredients. There's no refined sugar, seed oil, or harmful pesticides in our organic bread. We're a growing company that is launching our stone milled bread in Costco's San Mateo County and hiring a Brand Ambassador in the San Mateo area for our Field Marketing team. We hire based on attitude and effort. Your schedule can be flexible (i.e. between 16-40 hours per week). Shifts must start at 8am and end at 5pm. This schedule includes 1 unpaid hour for lunch. To be considered, you must commit to at least 2 shifts per week (16 hours). The maximum number of shifts that you can work per week is 5 (approx. 40 hours). Our Brand Ambassador will represent One Mighty Mill at the Costco locations across the San Mateo area serving stone milled bread and butter at demos. Think making people happy by giving out free samples of food that’s good for them and that makes a positive difference, educating customers, building relationships with Costco staff, and finding opportunities for us to improve our presence at stores. The role also includes stocking shelves and rotating product at both the beginning and end of shifts. Our Brand Ambassadors build trust and credibility with Costco teams, drive sales, and push our mission forward. Requirements The job requires a car, cell phone to input basic info and photos to a mobile application, availability to work between 2-5 shifts per week (between 16-40 hours), an outgoing personality, solid organization skills. But most importantly, it requires a love for real food, healthy food systems, and companies that stand for something good. Job Type: Part-time (16-40 hours) Compensation: $33.00/hour + Bonus per demo of $25 when achievable sales targets (i.e. number of units sold) are reached during demo periods. This sales target for bonuses will be established before you start your first demo. For travel over one-hour or 30 miles, One Mighty Mill reimburses brand ambassadors for either mileage excluding the first 30 miles of travel or time on the road excluding the first hour of travel. Mileage reimbursement is based on 2025 IRS reimbursement rate of $0.70 / mile.
