LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst for a hybrid opportunity in Jacksonville, FL. This position is ideal for professionals with experience in financial operations, transaction processing, reconciliation, or account administration who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment requiring analytical thinking, accuracy, and exceptional client service.

In this role, you will support financial transactions and operational processes involving account transfers, settlements, reconciliations, and asset movement activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and comfortable managing processes with financial impact while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile financial transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Support transfer requests and ensure transactions are initiated accurately and completed in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Research and resolve transaction exceptions, discrepancies, and escalated issues.
• Respond to internal and external client inquiries while delivering a high level of customer service.
• Analyze operational workflows and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Escalate issues that could impact transaction flow or operational performance.
• Maintain accurate documentation and procedural records.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support operational efficiency and risk management.
• Assist with training and knowledge sharing for team members as needed.

Qualifications

Preferred

• Financial operations, banking, accounting, or investment operations experience.
• Experience with reconciliations, settlements, account transfers, or transaction processing.
• Client-facing experience with a strong customer service focus.
• Experience mentoring or training team members.
