This individual will be responsible for developing new business, managing client relationships, reviewing insurance needs, and providing personalized coverage solutions.The ideal candidate is professional, driven, organized, and enjoys building long-term relationships with clients.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clientsIdentify clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverageGenerate new business through referrals, networking, prospecting, and community involvementPrepare insurance quotes and proposalsExplain coverage options, limits, deductibles, and policy termsFollow up with prospects and existing clientsConduct policy reviews and identify additional coverage opportunitiesMaintain accurate client and prospect recordsMeet or exceed established sales and retention goalsStay current on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and industry regulationsProvide exceptional customer service throughout the sales and renewal processQualificationsActive Property & Casualty insurance license preferredPrior insurance or sales experience preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to develop relationships and generate new businessExcellent organizational and follow-up skillsSelf-motivated with a strong work ethicComfortable using technology and agency management systemsAbility to work independently while contributing to a team environment
