Digital DesignerThe Digital Designer will support the North America Digital Creative Studio by creating compelling digital experiences that bring brand storytelling to life across owned channels and Amazon. This role combines strong visual design craft, digital storytelling, UX thinking, and deep Figma expertise to deliver consumer-facing experiences that are scalable, channel appropriate, and aligned with digital brand standards.The ideal candidate understands how to transform existing assets, content, and templates into engaging consumer journeys across .com, app, and email. They are equally passionate about digital craft, design systems, workflow optimization, and creating experiences that balance storytelling. This role will also help evolve digital standards, templates, and best practices that improve consistency across the NA ecosystem.ResponsibilitiesDesign and execute digital design across web, app, email, and Amazon.Translate business objectives, briefs, content, and existing assets into engaging digital stories and customer journeys.Design layouts, templates, modules, and component-based experiences that support scalable digital execution.Build and maintain advanced Figma files utilizing components, auto-layouts, libraries, variables, and scalable workflow best practices.Help define and evolve digital design standards, examples, and best practices across owned digital experiences.Partner closely with Digital Art Directors, Copywriters, Producers, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver work that is on-brief and on-time.Support quick-turn production needs including asset adaptation, versioning, optimization, and digital content execution.Provide UX-informed recommendations around content hierarchy, consumer flow, navigation, and digital experience design.Present design work confidently, articulating creative rationale, digital best practices, and user experience considerations.Incorporate stakeholder feedback while educating partners on digital design standards and channel-specific best practices.Contribute to workflow improvements that increase consistency, quality, and speed across digital marketing and content production efforts.
