Business Analyst

Job Description: Must be familiar with Toyota Lean and standard work. Business Analysis with minimum 5 years of experience. Experience visually mapping as-is and to-be process flows. Experience with IT process flows, including IT service desk, back office activities, and software development. Experience developing standard work documentation. Experience leading process discovery workshops. Skills should include documenting with Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Word. Preferred Candidate should have a BABOK and/or PMI-PBA Certification.
