The Technical Lead is responsible for guiding the technical direction of software projects while remaining hands-on with design, development, and problem solving. This role bridges engineering execution and leadership by mentoring developers, ensuring code quality, and aligning technical solutions with business objectives.

*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $80.00/hr.
