Contract | Full-Time | Days | 5x8-hour shifts | Expected 40 hours/week | Saturday hours required

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy treatments to patients under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with facility standards
• Participate in patient care activities across scheduled shifts, including Saturdays
• Adhere to facility dress code and parking guidelines as communicated during onboarding

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license required; must obtain permanent state licensure promptly if starting on a compact license
• Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Ability to complete facility-specific credentialing and documentation requirements prior to assignment start
• Candidates who have worked permanently or PRN at this facility within the past year are not eligible for this assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel therapy experience
• Familiarity with outpatient orthopedic or sports rehabilitation settings
