Student Success Coordinator

Essential Functions Plans and organizes academic support services: manages peer tutoring program, offers academic support workshops, develops a master schedule of academic support programs. Plans activities to encourage engagement with faculty and team members, coordinates academic advising, fosters communication between students and their instructors, and plans programs and services to meet individual student needs. Plans activities and services to promote graduation and placement: coordinates student‑success activities, tracks success indicators, and coordinates placement activities and programs to explore career opportunities. Develops policies and procedures to meet regulatory and operational needs of the admissions functions and the college. Physical Requirements Works in an office environment with some travel. Requires walking (15%); standing and bending for filing (20%); and sitting, driving, telephone, personal counseling, and typing (65%). Responsible for working in a safe manner. Education, Experience and Certifications Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required. Master’s Degree preferred. Experience in higher education and student services preferred. Excellent communication, computer, organization, and time‑management skills required. Compensation and Benefits Pay Range: $22.90 – $34.35 per hour. Base compensation listed within the pay range based on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, and/or training. Premium pay such as shift, on‑call, and other variable components based on the job role. Incentive pay for select positions. Opportunity for annual increases based on performance.
