The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with innovative problem-solving to deliver solutions in a fast-paced, classified environment.**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:*** Design, develop, and analyze mechanical systems, components, and assemblies in support of intelligence and national security missions.* Conduct engineering assessments, failure analyses, and performance evaluations to ensure system integrity and operational effectiveness.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, software engineers, and program managers, to integrate mechanical solutions into complex systems.* Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, schematics, and CAD models.* Apply advanced problem-solving techniques to troubleshoot mechanical issues and recommend design improvements.* Support prototyping, testing, and validation of mechanical systems under controlled and operational environments.* Ensure all designs comply with applicable standards, safety regulations, and mission requirements.**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:*** Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.* Minimum of 5 years of hands-on mechanical engineering experience.**KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:*** Experience working in classified or high-security environments is highly desirable.* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaborative skills.* Experience with advanced manufacturing techniques, robotics, or unmanned systems.* Knowledge of thermal, structural, or fluid system simulations.* Familiarity with project management tools and systems engineering processes.**SECURITY CLEARANCE:** Active Top Secret SCI W/ CI Poly**Intrepid Acquisition Holdings, LLC**Intrepid Acquisition Holdings, LLC.
