• Location: Marion, OH
• Job Type: Direct Hire
• Shift: 1st Shift 8am - 4pm 
• Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, based on experience

Position Summary

KELLY is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our team in Marion, Ohio. This position is responsible for accurately receiving, organizing, tracking, and shipping materials while ensuring inventory accuracy and timely deliveries. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Prepare, package, and ship outgoing orders according to company procedures.
• Accurately match and verify 9-digit part numbers and inventory records.
• Maintain shipping and receiving documentation and records.
• Coordinate deliveries and pickups with carriers, customers, and internal departments.
• Operate company vehicles as needed for deliveries and customer visits.
• Travel to customer sites when required.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Outlook for tracking shipments, inventory, and communication.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous shipping and receiving, warehouse, or inventory experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately match part numbers and inventory records.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record required.
• Must be eligible to drive company vehicles based on insurance carrier requirements.
• Physical Requirements
• Frequently move items weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Utilize safe lifting practices, including team lifting (buddy system) for items exceeding 75 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.
• Requirements
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Must pass a physical abilities test (PAT).
• Must successfully complete a background check.
