The Productions Manager supports the State Farm agent's office by coordinating activity goals, assisting with marketing initiatives, and tracking business production results across multiple product lines. They MUST already be fully licensed in P&C + L&H.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and report on production metrics.
• Coordinate lead follow-up and customer communications.
• Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Assist with internal goal-setting and tracking.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Prior experience in customer service, marketing, or operations helpful.
• Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
• Needs to have at least 3 years of sales experience under their belt

Compensation: $52,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
