Partnership Opportunity: Yes
Target Compensation: Guaranteed base plus commensurate with experience
Bonus Opportunity: Yes, based on productivity
Retirement Program: 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan with eligibility after one year plus a discretionary profit-sharing contribution each year after meeting eligibility from 3% - 7%

- 123,400 office visits
- 9,500 OR Procedures
- 3,200 laser procedures
Annual Vit Procedure: 400/year
Support Staff: (1) dedicated COA team coordinator to assist as their scribe and 2-3 work-up technicians
Hospital Call: Yes, once every 14 weeks
MDs on Staff: Fourteen (14) total MDs
ODs on Staff: One (1)
Partners: Thirteen (13) MD partners
OD Network: Yes
Refractive Surgery - Lasik: Offered
Laser - O.R.: Yes, FEMTO
Office 532 Laser: N/A
Hospital Affiliation: Catawba Valley Medical Center and Frye Regional Medical Center
