What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality inpatient pediatric care at a reputable hospital
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans
• Manage acute pediatric cases and emergencies
• Participate in on-call rotation, ensuring seamless patient care
• Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and patient safety protocols

What You Need

• Valid pediatric medical license in California
• Neonatal resuscitation program (NRP) certification
• Relevant pediatric hospitalist experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced setting
