Role 2: Start times may vary — 8:00 AM, 9:00 AM, 10:00 AM, 11:00 AM, or 12:00 PM

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Presentation Graphics Expert with strong PowerPoint, graphic design, and Adobe Creative Cloud experience to support the creation of high-impact corporate presentations and pitch materials.

What You'll Do

• Create and produce professional PowerPoint presentations, pitch books, deal books, templates, covers, and infographics
• Develop creative and visually impactful presentation graphics
• Use Microsoft PowerPoint, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat Pro
• Create and enhance logos, maps, illustrations, charts, and other visual assets
• Ensure presentations follow established brand and visual standards
• Work closely with workflow teams and internal clients to understand requirements and deadlines
• Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines
• Perform quality control (QC) on presentation materials
• Support workflow coordination, job tracking, and related administrative activities
• Assist and support new team members after training

What We're Looking For

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud , particularly Illustrator and Photoshop
• Strong understanding of graphic design principles, layout, typography, and visual communication
• Experience creating corporate presentations, pitch decks, or production graphics
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Graphic Design or comparable experience

Portfolio or recent work samples are required.

Important Role Details

• NOT a UX/UI role — this position is focused on presentation graphics and production design.
• Approximately 75% workflow/production and 25% graphic design
• Candidates will complete a 3-hour, 2-page skills assessment before the interview.
• The assessment is primarily graphic-design focused and evaluates your ability to produce quality work under a deadline.

• Candidates with a Graphic Design degree and strong portfolio but limited professional experience are encouraged to apply.
