BIM Manager Location: Phoenix, AZ, US Experience: Manager Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 per year Job Details Our client is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead the implementation, coordination, and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across multiple projects. This role will play a key part in supporting project teams through virtual design and construction (VDC), model coordination, and digital construction workflows. The ideal candidate will bring a builder’s mentality, strong collaboration skills, and experience working with a general contractor environment. Responsibilities Lead and manage BIM and VDC processes from preconstruction through project completion. Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and preconstruction teams to improve project efficiency through technology. Ensure models are properly utilized for field coordination, prefabrication, and project planning. Provide training and guidance to project teams on BIM tools and digital construction processes. Support project teams with 4D scheduling, constructability reviews, and model-based coordination. Experience leading model coordination and clash detection processes. Develop and implement BIM/VDC standards, protocols, and workflows across the organization. Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, and BIM coordination tools. Strong understanding of construction workflows, sequencing, and field coordination. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience in leading and managing BIM and VDC processes. Ability to provide training and guidance to project teams on BIM tools and digital construction processes. Experience in supporting project teams with 4D scheduling, constructability reviews, and model-based coordination. Knowledge of current trends and developments in BIM/VDC technology. Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
