Descripción del Puesto - Primer Turno y Segundo

El/la Operario/a de Producción General se encarga de inspeccionar, probar, limpiar y reempacar productos devueltos para asegurar que cumplan con los estándares de calidad y funcionamiento antes de ser reemitidos. Este puesto requiere trabajo manual en un entorno de manufactura y almacén, con enfoque en funcionalidad del producto, limpieza y empaque adecuado.

• Inspeccionar productos devueltos para identificar defectos visibles o funcionales.
• Probar productos para asegurar que enciendan y apaguen correctamente y que todas sus funciones operen como deben.
• Utilizar equipos de prueba para verificar el rendimiento del producto y detectar posibles fallas.
• Limpiar los productos a fondo para cumplir con los estándares de calidad y presentación.
• Reempacar productos limpios y probados para su reemisión y distribución.
• Seguir procedimientos establecidos de producción, calidad y seguridad en todas las tareas.
• Apoyar tareas generales de producción y empaque según sea necesario.
• Mantener el área de trabajo limpia y organizada dentro del espacio de producción y almacén.

• Mínimo 6 meses de experiencia en producción o almacén.
• Capacidad para realizar labores generales en un entorno de manufactura o warehouse.
• Experiencia básica en pruebas de productos o equipos para verificar funcionalidad.
• Capacidad para seguir instrucciones escritas y verbales con precisión.
• Atención al detalle al inspeccionar, probar, limpiar y empacar productos.
• Capacidad para permanecer de pie durante todo el turno y realizar tareas repetitivas.

Este puesto se desempeña en un entorno de manufactura y almacén con temperatura controlada . Es un rol físicamente activo que requiere estar de pie durante todo el turno mientras se realizan tareas de producción, pruebas, limpieza y empaque. El ambiente se caracteriza por su enfoque en seguridad, eficiencia y trabajo en equipo , utilizando equipo y materiales típicos de producción y warehouse.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Joliet, IL.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Joliet,IL.
